About this project

KAY is the leading jewelry store in America and provides a selection of quality jewelry that's second to none. As a product designer, I was involved in several campaigns, including the Reaura Collection launch where I designed a bespoke landing page. Additionally, I designed for their Neil Lane collaboration campaign, creating engaging social media material to highlight the brand’s modern elegance with lab-created diamonds.

Challenge

Each project required aligning design concepts precisely with respective campaign objectives, whether it was emphasizing the sustainable luxury of the Reaura Collection or highlighting the modern elegance of Neil Lane's offerings. Managing stakeholder expectations, including navigating feedback from brand managers and marketing teams, was crucial in ensuring alignment with brand identity and campaign goals.

The lessons learned from this project

The power of visual storytelling.

Venturing into social media content creation and print design expanded my creative abilities and deepened my understanding of visual storytelling. With a brand like KAY, crafting compelling narratives for each product was crucial in making every campaign memorable and impactful.

Unlike the flexible schedules of a startup or the structured processes of a corporation, I honed my ability to deliver high-quality work without compromising on creativity or detail.
